According to the McCain campaign, they wanted an ad to poke fun at Obama's celebrity status. A Google search of the top celebrities returned Paris Hilton and Britney Spears and that's who they put in their campaign ad. In retrospect they should have examined their donor roles before making their selection because the Hilton family was on those roles and now they are answering back; with both taste and humor.

First it was Kathleen Hilton, pointing out how ridiculous president-choosing is when it involves these stupid electronic stunts. Daughter Paris; though, has outdone mom with a video that is both humorous and "strangely" intelligent. Paris announces her candidacy for president, which isn't particularly interesting. Oddly; though, she puts forth an energy plan that makes more sense than the mumblings of both candidates.
