Last year around this time we predicted that the home mortgage meltdown might lead to a recession. Guess, what? IT DID!

Unfortunately for our great egos, this was really not that astounding a prediction. As we said, a year ago, this really shouldn't come as much of surprise. Yah, we called it correct, but a freshman economics student could have figured this one out too.
